Websites & Care · $3,500 + $149/mo

A website that loads fast, says what you do, and rings your phone. $3,500, and I keep it running.

Five to eight pages, written and built for your trade. Then the Care plan ($149/mo) covers hosting, edits, backups, monitoring, and your Google Business Profile, so it never quietly rots.

The build

What $3,500 gets you. The whole list.

  • Five to eight pages built for your trade: services, the towns you cover, and answers to what customers actually ask
  • The writing done for you: we talk about your work for an hour, I draft every page, you correct me
  • Photo guidance: what to shoot on the job with your phone, so the site shows your work instead of stock
  • Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up, in your own Google account
  • Mobile-first and fast, because most of your customers find you on a phone, in a hurry
  • A launch checklist we walk through together before it goes live

Where $3,500 sits in the market

Freelance brochure sites run $1,500-$8,000 around the country, and the sweet spot for a trade site is $2,500-$5,000 (markbrinker.com).

I'm in the middle on purpose, and the price doesn't move.

The Care plan

Why Care isn't optional.

I don't sell websites and disappear, because a website nobody maintains stops working: certificates lapse, software breaks, Google listings drift. Care is $149/month and it's how I make sure the thing I built keeps earning. If you want a one-off site with no upkeep, I'm not your guy, and that's fine.

What Care includes

  • Hosting: fast, monitored, backed up nightly
  • Content edits: fair use, two a month, about 30 minutes each (full definition on the pricing page)
  • Uptime monitoring, so I usually know it's down before you do
  • Certificates and software updates handled before they break
  • Google Business Profile upkeep: hours, photos, and posts stay current

How fast I respond

Next business day for anything routine. Site down? I'm on it that evening.

For context: freelance maintenance plans typically run $50-$150/month (websitemaintenanceservices.org). Care sits at the top of that range because it covers your Google profile too, not just the hosting bill.

The security-engineer part

You own everything. Not a figure of speech.

I spent six years in security engineering, and rule one is: nobody should hold credentials they don't need. Including me.

  • Your domain, registered to you, at your registrar
  • Your Google account: I'm an invited manager you can remove in two clicks
  • Your hosting and site files, in your name, with backups you can download
  • The contract says all of this in plain English
Ask any vendor: “If we part ways, do I keep my website and domain?” With me the answer is yes, in writing.
First three clients

Half-price build, traded for your real numbers.

The first three businesses get the build for $1,750 instead of $3,500: half price, in exchange for letting me publish a case study with your real numbers. Calls, bookings, where you rank. Your name on it.

This deal ends when the third site ships.

Questions

Straight answers on the build

How long does a build take?

Three to four weeks, usually. I build one site at a time, so when we start you get a real start date and a real launch date, not a spot in a queue. If I can’t start for two weeks, I’ll tell you that up front.

Do I have to write anything?

No. We talk for about an hour on what you do and who calls you, then I write every page. You read it and tell me what I got wrong. If you have photos from real jobs, send those. They beat anything I could buy.

What if I already have a site?

I’ll look at it for free and tell you straight. Sometimes the right move is keeping what you have and putting it on Care. If it needs a rebuild, I’ll show you exactly why: slow load, missing pages, or a Google listing that doesn’t match.

What’s NOT included?

Paid ads, logo design, e-commerce, and photography. For photos and logos I’ll point you to good local people. Nothing on this list shows up later as a surprise line item.

Can I cancel Care?

Yes. Care is month to month, 30 days’ notice, no exit fee. You keep the domain, the site files, and every account, because they were in your name from day one.

Fifteen minutes. Evenings work. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you who is.

No pitch deck, no follow-up sequence if you say no.
